Prosthetics

Contributors are invited to submit critical works relating to prosthetics. Papers may overlap with the growing field of disability studies, but this panel will also be concerned with prosthetics that do not necessarily replace a body part (bicycles at the turn of the century, the integration of mechanical bits or circuitry in works of SF, etc.)
